What FutureHouse does
FutureHouse is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit AI-for-science organization building “AI Scientist” agents intended to automate key parts of scientific work, with a focus on biology and other complex sciences. The organization’s flagship initiative is its AI-for-Science Independent Postdoctoral Fellowship, which employs early-career scientists for one-year terms (with possible extension) and places them at leading academic labs while providing compute, software engineering support, and access to FutureHouse’s AI agents and experimental resources.
