What Gamma does
Gamma (gamma.app) is an AI-native visual storytelling platform focused on creating and sharing “gammas” (web-native artifacts) such as presentations, documents, websites, and social posts. Instead of treating slides as the primary authoring format, Gamma positions idea-writing and content input as the starting point and uses AI to generate structured layouts, design, and visual hierarchy.
The platform targets individuals and teams that need fast, well-designed business communication—e.g., pitch decks, sales materials, internal updates, education content, and marketing pages. Gamma’s product strategy also extends beyond B2C workflows: it offers team-oriented capabilities (centralized billing/seat management and real-time collaboration) and a developer-focused automation layer via a Gamma API (including connectors for external workflows).
