The Hoover Institution’s Technology Policy Accelerator (TPA) is a Stanford-based research and convening program that produces analysis to help U.S. government and business leaders understand how emerging technologies reshape geopolitics, society, and the economy, with an explicit focus on national security and strategic risk. TPA operates as a cross-sector hub connecting Silicon Valley and Washington, academia and industry, and “science and strategy,” and it supports policy-relevant outputs including research, briefings to government leaders, congressional testimonies, and public engagement.
