What Lindy does
Lindy (Crivello Corp, d/b/a Lindy) builds a “teammate” / workflow-agent platform aimed at business users and teams who want AI to complete real tasks across the work stack (rather than stopping at chat or draft outputs). Lindy is positioned as an always-available agent that integrates into team communication and common business systems—especially Slack and email—and supports scheduled routines and shared context across a team workspace. On the product side, Lindy describes a set of agent capabilities including inbox management, meeting prep and post-meeting notes, follow-up automation, and cross-tool workflow execution, with explicit governance controls (approvals, audit logs) in its Enterprise offering. Lindy also provides an agent builder and autonomy features described as enabling agents to create and run workflows, including “Autopilot” for computer-based actions, plus “Team Accounts” for sharing and deploying agents with centralized controls.
As a strategic position, Lindy is pursuing “product-market fit” for agentic workflow delegation for non-technical users (sales, support, operations, marketing, people ops, etc.) while expanding toward enterprise IT/security requirements (SSO/SCIM, audit logs, HIPAA and GDPR claims) and richer agent-building/testing experiences (e.g., Lindy Build and “agentic evals” claims in Enterprise launch materials).
