Ori

What Ori does

Ori (Ori Industries, formerly at ori.co) built AI-native cloud infrastructure focused on GPU orchestration and the operational “control plane” needed to run high-performance AI workloads (training, fine-tuning, and inference) at scale. Ori’s platform positioning emphasized a unified AI-cloud software stack for building and operating GPU clouds, including tenancy/isolation models, an integrated scheduler/orchestrator, and lifecycle automation (auto-provisioning/monitoring/healing). Ori also described an extensible approach that can be licensed to other operators as a reference architecture for sovereign/private AI clouds.

On 2026-02-24, Ori merged with Radiant, a Brookfield portfolio company, as Radiant shifted into full operations. Radiant states that it merged Ori’s distributed AI infrastructure platform with Radiant’s global infrastructure capabilities, while continuing to grow and operate the “Ori Global AI Cloud” for on-demand capacity and rapid deployment. As a result, Ori is best understood today as an integrated part of Radiant’s AI infrastructure offering rather than an independent standalone product roadmap.
