US Government

What US Government does

USA.gov (USAGov) is the U.S. government’s official website for finding and understanding government benefits, programs, and information. It is an interagency portal managed by USAGov, a program within the U.S. General Services Administration’s Technology Transformation Services (TTS). USAGov’s scope includes organizing official government information and services for the public in one place, plus support functions such as the USAGov Contact Center that answers questions about government services and benefits by phone or web chat. The USA.gov portal is also positioned as a key distribution channel for federal digital-government guidance and participation resources (for example, via links and references to relevant government AI policy resources).
