What Voltage Park does
Voltage Park is a GPU “neocloud” that sells on-demand and reserved large-scale GPU compute for AI/ML training and inference, with an emphasis on bare-metal access and enterprise operational support. The company operates purpose-built infrastructure in multiple U.S. Tier 3+ data centers and offers self-serve GPU deployment via an on-demand dashboard as well as longer-term “dedicated reserve” style contracts. Voltage Park also provides an end-to-end managed Kubernetes offering for containerized AI workloads, including a managed control plane and pre-integrated components intended to reduce cluster setup and ongoing operations. In addition, Voltage Park positioned an “AI Factory” product as an integrated hardware-and-software platform intended to reduce the friction of moving from AI experimentation to production deployments by packaging a vertically integrated stack (compute plus software/workflows) for enterprise use cases.
Strategically, Voltage Park’s trajectory shifted from a standalone GPU infrastructure provider to being integrated into Lightning AI: Lightning AI announced completion of a merger with Voltage Park on 2026-01-21, and the combined company operates under the Lightning AI name. After that date, “Voltage Park” appears primarily as a brand/asset under the Lightning AI umbrella, while its infrastructure and product capabilities are described as part of an AI-native cloud combining owned GPU infrastructure with AI software and developer workflows.
