Zipline announced a partnership with Uber to offer drone delivery across America, with Zipline stating its goal to scale deliveries via Uber’s ecosystem.

Zipline announced upcoming launches in Austin and Cleveland and named new executives joining as CFO, Chief Legal Officer, and Head of Commercial; it also stated that the number of businesses offering delivery via the Zipline app grew 13X in the first half of 2026.

Zipline announced new studies describing impacts attributed to Zipline’s autonomous logistics network, including reported outcomes for nutrition, agricultural returns, and household income near distribution hubs.

Zipline reported expansion in Texas with increased brand availability in Rowlett, listing multiple national restaurant brands and local businesses, and stating delivery expansion to additional public locations across the DFW metroplex.

Zipline published an engineering-focused update about its efforts to reduce delivery noise and stated that Zipline deliveries have been getting steadily quieter.

Zipline announced an expansion agreement with the Government of Rwanda under a pay-for-performance award structure it described as $150M from the U.S. Department of State, stating Rwanda would expand coverage and add a nationwide autonomous logistics coverage and an urban delivery system.

Zipline announced it surpassed 2M commercial deliveries, raised more than $600M, and stated that it was valued at $7.6B after the round; it also announced expansion to Houston and Phoenix early in 2026.

Zipline announced a manufacturing expansion intended to enable production capacity for autonomous aircraft, including a plan to triple a South San Francisco facility and to add roles across integration, quality assurance, and manufacturing.
