Dust

What Dust does

Dust (dust.tt) is a privately held enterprise SaaS platform for building, deploying, and governing “multiplayer” custom AI agents that work with a company’s internal knowledge and the tools employees already use. Instead of treating AI as isolated, single-user chat, Dust is designed as a shared workspace where humans and agents collaborate on the same context—connections, conversations, tasks, and notifications—across teams.

At a product level, Dust supports (1) custom agent creation grounded in enterprise knowledge sources and tool integrations, (2) orchestration for multi-step workflows and agent collaboration, and (3) enterprise controls for permissions and administration. Dust positions its users as “AI Operators”—the internal builders and operators who create agent workflows, deploy them to teams, and continuously manage adoption and governance.
